On our LCD (Low Calorie Diet) program you simply replace 1 or 2 meals per day with a snack or two in-between. Our 100 calorie cookies are a great snacking option!

This is the initial phase for our LCD program. Simply replace two meals per day with a snack or two in-between. Our 100 calorie snacks are a great snacking option!

It is important to make up the rest of your nutrients with a well balanced third meal.

LCD - Maintenance Phase (Phase 2)

This phase is about long-term weight management. You’re encouraged to maintain a healthy, balanced diet by replacing one meal per day, two low calorie snacks and enjoy two well balanced meals.

The goal is to sustain your weight loss and develop healthy eating habits for the future!
