Shipping policy

We use a combination of Australia Post & StarTrack for all our orders and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed.

You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 5 business days after leaving our warehouse. However, this can change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Express Shipping is available and can be expected to arrive within 1-3 days.

All domestic orders over $99 receive free shipping.

Shipping times provided by us can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.  They are estimates only.

For international Orders, the displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery (see below for more information). Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s customs laws. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customs issues, no refunds or reshipments will be issued unless the items are received back in resalable condition.

We make every effort to process all Orders received by 12pm AEDT on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order has been dispatched.
