To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

1. Submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
2. Provide proof of consistent product usage as per the instructions (e.g., photos of used packaging, weight loss diary, or fitness app log).
3. Answer questions about your usage, including:
