Vanilla Cinnamon VLCD Shake

This shake combines the comforting flavours of vanilla and cinnamon with the natural sweetness of banana, making it a delicious and satisfying meal replacement. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Optislim VLCD Classic Vanilla Shake mix 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 small banana 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • Ice cubes 
  • A few drops of vanilla extract 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the Optislim VLCD Classic Vanilla Shake mix.
  2. Pour in the unsweetened almond milk.
  3. Peel and add the small banana.
  4. Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon.
  5. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Taste and add a few drops of vanilla extract if needed.
  8. Blend again until everything is well combined.
  9. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
