Recipe: Berry Breakfast Bowl | Healthy Meal | Optislim AU

Optislim/Optiman Super Berry Breakfast Smoothie Bowl:

Ingredients:
– 1 serving from the following 4 options: Optislim For Her Vanilla, Optiman For Him Vanilla, VLCD Vanilla or VLCD Strawberry
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 cup frozen mixed berries
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/4 cup rolled oats
– 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine your Optislim or Optiman powder, frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, rolled oats, and chia seeds.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced almonds, fresh berries, and shredded coconut if desired.
4. Enjoy your delicious and nutrient-packed breakfast bowl that will keep you full and energised until lunchtime!
