Recipe: Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken | Optislim AU

Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken with Steamed Vegetables - try this for dinner!

Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrot slices
  • 1 cup green beans
Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with the lemon herb mixture.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, steam the vegetables until tender.
